23 This is what the LORD says:

“Let not the wise boast of their wisdom or the strong boast of their strength or the rich boast of their riches, 24 but let the one who boasts boast about this: that they have the understanding to know me, that I am the LORD, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,” declares the LORD.

25 “The days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when I will punish all who are circumcised only in the flesh— 26 Egypt, Judah, Edom, Ammon, Moab and all who live in the wilderness in distant places. For all these nations are really uncircumcised, and even the whole house of Israel is uncircumcised in heart.”

 

This is a powerful message to all who believe and a warning to those who have rejected the message of love from God. I am a sinner and there have been times in my life when I thought I was pretty smart. As I reflect on those times, I realize that the ideas, inspirations and insight I had were not mine because I wasn’t that smart to solve or recognize the wisdom that was given to me from God through the Holy Spirit. So, as I continue to live my life in a confused world I pray today and every day that God. Jesus and the Holy Spirt will move me in their ways so I can live the fullest life in their love while I am here on earth and in eternity.

Let us pray: Heavenly Father help us grow in your love so we can be part of your kingdom today, tomorrow and for ever more. Amen.
